Dear Dr. Wurtzel,

It is almost year end and I was reflecting back upon some of the events, things and people that I am grateful for and you came to mind. I just wanted to express to you how especially pleased I was with all the dental work you did for me this year. I am sure that I probably said thank you here and there, but today, I wanted to take the time to be more specific. I think it would be safe to say that in the “busyness” of life, patients come and go and perhaps take for granted the incredible level of care they automatically receive when they walk through your door.

One of the first things I noticed as a new patient was how smoothly the office ran and the positive caring attitudes of your support staff members. It took a while for me to realize that this was not just temporarily geared toward me because I was a new prospective long-term patient. I now laugh at my earlier suspicion that all of this helpfulness and positiveness couldn’t possibly be real! Your staff is such fun! My experience with each member in your office, whether on the phone or in person, has always been professional, kind and that they were totally there to serve my needs. I also wanted to mention how refreshing it was to see how “on time” you run with your appointments. It made me feel that you valued my time as well as yours. In spending so much time with you this year, I realized not only what a caring dentist you are, but also what an incredible passion you have for the work you do. Through the love of what you do and your willingness to learn more and to continue to hone your skills, I’ve had the wonderful benefit of receiving your great gifts. So thank you Dr. Wurtzel.

Today was the best dental visit I have ever had. Your front office staff greeted me with a smile and made me feel very welcome. The two dental assistants were very professional, patient friendly, and made me feel like they cared. I loved how they explained things to me. I left my visit feeling more informed about dental care then I have ever felt before.

I also love the way your office is set up, with private rooms. Thus I always felt I had every ones 100% attention.
